Initial Move In Funds

Initial rent and deposit funds must be paid in certified funds (money order or certified check).  Personal checks will not be accepted  unless payment is made at least two weeks prior to moving in date.
Text Box: Tenant Screening We work with a professional screening company to verify prospective tenant’s rent history, verify employment and income, report credit history and check civil and criminal court records. Their fee is paid by the applicant. At this time their fee is $25 per single adult or married couple.

Pets

Some of our property owners allow pets, some don’t.  If a pet is allowed, the tenant may or may not be required to pay an additional pet fee
