Initial rent and deposit funds must be paid in certified funds (money order or certified check).  Personal checks will not be accepted  unless payment is made at least two weeks prior to moving in date.

We work with  a professional screening company to verify prospective tenant's rent history, verify employment and income, look at credit history and check civil and criminal court records.  Their  fee is paid by the applicant.  At this time their fee is $25 per single adult or married couple.
